• Country associated with the phone number (Note: We do not send international SMS messages)

With Whom This Information Is Shared

We respect your privacy and do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. With service providers: For instance, we share your information with ATT Office@Hand, the third-party platform used to facilitate SMS messaging. They are bound by confidentiality agreements and can only use your data to provide SMS-related services.
2. When required by law: We may disclose your personal information to comply with legal obligations or protect the safety, property, or rights of individuals connected to Xplore Health.

Your Choices Regarding Your Information

• Opting out: If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you can unsubscribe by replying with words such as “cancel,” “end,” “quit,” “unsubscribe,” or “stop.” You will no longer receive messages after unsubscribing.
• Re-subscribing: If you wish to resubscribe to SMS messages, reply with the word “START or UNSTOP”
• Updating your contact information: To ensure the accuracy of your contact information and receive uninterrupted messages, click here to update your details.

Please note that unsubscribing from SMS messages will not remove your personal information from Xplore Health internal systems.
